Parish Fabric Committee
The Fabric Committee role is to manage and maintain the parish property to an acceptable level in liaison and cooperation with the Clergy, Pastoral Council and Finance Committee by identifying and prioritizing property related work and its cost after clarifying the strategy in terms of the physical allocation and composition of property resources by specifying the property needs of the parish from a review of the current situation with parish management and planned activities, projects, timescales, revenues and costs.
The Fabric Committee is made up of the following:

The Team: Peter Serna, Michael Finn, Ray Webb, John Cookson, Brian Howe, John Hutchings, Oonagh Hickson and Christopher Mead-Briggs.
We also have associate members who help out with maintenance tasks as and when they can.
The team brings a range of expertise across building maintenance and management, electrical and structural engineering, carpentry and joinery, interior design and finishes, building and quantity surveying, as well as Health & Safety management. We meet 5-6 times a year to review projects and matters arising. We try to get together once a month for a few hours to carry out routine maintenance.
